Due to the sea front location and design (Spacious rooms and high ceilings) the villa keeps cool during hot months from a constant gentle sea breeze ,
In addition there are good modern high speed ceiling fans installed in the bedrooms plus the villa has 3 large Air conditioning Units installed , the units are located in the main kitchen, hallway and bedroom 4, these help keep the Villa to a comfortable temperature during hot months (We personally found the villa to be fairly cool whenever we was there during changeovers in July and August - jk villa rentals)

Grande maison, très bien organisée, avec 3 grandes chambres bien ventilées, une chambre enfants 4 couchages climatisée et une petite chambre 2 lits superposés avec ventilo sur pieds. Cuisine climatisée bien équipée, grande et agréable pour cuisiner. Grand salon, salle à manger. Tout était très propre. Agence / propriétaire à l écoute et sympathique. Les jardiniers sont passés tous les 2 jours donc piscine et jardin impeccables. La vue est superbe, l accès direct à la plage et au Cabo un vrai plus ! La piscine est plus grande que sur les photos, très agréable. Seule la ville de Cabo Roig en elle même nous a un peu déçue mais nous étions tellement bien entre la maison, la piscine et le bord de mer que cela n a en rien affecté notre super séjour ! Well-equipped air-conditioned kitchen, large and pleasant for cooking. Large living room, dining room. Everything was very clean. Agency / owner attentive and friendly. The gardeners came every 2 days so the pool and garden were impeccable. The view is superb, the direct access to the beach and the Cabo a real plus! The pool is bigger than in the pictures, very nice. Only the town of Cabo Roig itself disappointed us a bit, but we felt so comfortable between the house, the swimming pool and the seaside that it didn't affect our great stay in any way! Charlotte M

Our holiday in this villa was absolutely fantastic, this villa was clean, well equipped and situated on the front line just down the steps to the beautiful beach. We stayed for a week but wished we had booked longer so will be making enquiries very soon for later this year and for next. JK Spain handled the booking with great professionalism and were available for any questions which were answered promptly. All in all a great holiday with all our family, thank you everyone involved.

You accommodated an extra person, my 10 day request and an extra bed. When we arrived early, you allowed us in and went out of your way to bring us food and drinks.
