Location
Los Balcones is a green leafy and well established suburb of Torreveija. Its situated on the Southside of Torreveija between the famous pink salt lakes and the Mediterranean sea. Local restaurants bars cafes supermarket approx 10 minutes walk , the closest beaches (both blue flag status for cleanliness and facilities) are situated at Punta Prima and Los Nafregus both can be reached within 7 minutes by car /taxi or 10 minutes by bus (pick up point is 5 min walk from the villa). Los Balcones has its own park with football pitches, basketball, ping pong tables , exercise park and children's play area, (approx. 10 minute walk from the villa ) Visit Torreveija Town centre 7 min drive (car /taxi) or approx 10-15 minutes by bus.
There are 2 airports, Alicante and Murcia International which are both within an hours drive from the villa.

hello madam I wanted to thank you the welcome was warm we had a pleasant stay the villa was beautiful and clean the city of torreviaje is beautiful and the people are nice to do again next year thank you for everything

I was at a loss trying to find a venue to have a week's holiday for 14 of us ranging from 2 year old through to a 47 year old untill I found JKSpain. A simple email to them resulted in a few ideas on homes and locations all of which looked fantastic. we opted for a 7 bedroom house with 3 floors that all had their own kitchens and bathroom that they recommended and I have to say it was fabulous! The help and support that was given to me from booking to return flight was second to none.
Thanks guys we will be using you again next year!
