Established nearly 40 years ago Cabo Roig is without a doubt one of the finest and most sought after places to live on the Southern Costa Blanca, often referred to as the Jewel in the crown, with its wide palm tree roads, relaxed sea side atmosphere and charming individual detached villas, There is a small commercial centre with a couple of bars, cafes and restaurants within 5 minutes walk, plus a large supermarket within 5 minute walk. Many more restaurants, bars, cafes shops, banks, supermarkets etc within 10 - 15 minutes walk. The villa is just a few minutes walk to the sea front with 3 superb golden sandy beaches only 5 - 10 minutes walk away

The villa is in an excellent location in the queit part of cabo roig. Full air con and we needed it this week. Pool and garden clean and tidy, lots of little things to help with your stay,handwash,charcoal for bbq,washing up liqued etc. Only problem bed too small i dont think it was even 6ftx4ft,my wife slept in another room and i slleped diagonally. Agent jk very good and attentive,great new fridge freezer with ice maker,overall very pleased. - Mike G

We rented this Villa for a family holiday, it is in a lovely area and very close to the beach's. There are lovely coastal walks very close to the villa. The villa was very comfortable and very spacious.

We thoroughly enjoyed are stay in September. In the private neighbourhood of Cabo Roig, 10 minute walk to a supermarket that has everything you will need and lots of restaurants within similar walking time.

The villa is in an excellent location in the queit part of cabo roig. Full air con and we needed it this week. Pool and garden clean and tidy, lots of little things to help with your stay,handwash,charcoal for bbq,washing up liqued etc. Only problem bed too small i dont think it was even 6ftx4ft,my wife slept in another room and i slleped diagonally.
