The location is superb with Fabulous Beach and Ocean views & a large communal swimming pool !

The Front Line villa is split into 3 Apartments (Ground floor apartment is occupied be the owner full time ) , The 2 first floor Apartments are available for Holiday rentals, offered for rent as "one unit" Only ( IE You must rent both Apartments together, they are nota available separately )


Apartment A is a First floor One bedroom Apartment - sleeps 3 to 5 persons
Apartment B is a First floor Studio Apartment - sleeps 2 - 4 persons

The Rates Per Week quoted here are for both Apartments

For winter rentals the Apartment has heating

There is a large shaded Terrace (For your private use only) which connects the 2 Apartments with tables and chairs for 8 or 9 persons .. The terrace overlooks the communal swimming Pool and La Zenia Beach and Sea.

On the Ground floor level is a large 10 meters x 5 meter COMMUNAL Swimming Pool (shared between you and the villa owner). There are sun beds around the pool area for you to use
Plus a communal shaded poolside dining area with a Charcoal BBQ )

PARKING - Parking is available in calle colon but limited spaces available especially during high season (June to September)

The apartments are Available for holiday rentals and longer lets 1 to 3 months

Check-in: From 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: By 10:00 a.m.
