A townhouse right next to the beach with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and own private swimming pool. You can walk down to the Ocean front in less than 1 minute. Local restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarket, newspaper shop within a 30 seconds walk . A car is not essential unless you wish to sight see.
On the ground floor is a living area with air conditioning plus comfy sofa seating and dining area, TV and Fiber WIFI , kitchen, a twin bedroom with ceiling fan direct over the bed plus a shower room . On the first floor is a twin bedroom with air conditioning and double bedroom with air conditioning and private terrace, family bathroom with bath with shower over . On the upper floor is a roof top solarium .
Outside in the garden area your have your own private swimming pool measuring 7 meters x 4 meters which includes a small children's splash area/ Seating area , 4 Sun beds around the swimming pool , umbrella plus outside dining area with awning for shade (table + seating for 6) . there is also a built in charcoal BBQ area
TV with English satellite system and Fiber WIFI system
If you have a car there you can park direct outside the house in the small street (if the space is available as its not allocated parking) OR you can park in the main street (in the summer due to beach location parking here can be difficult )
The villa is suitable for up to 6 people sharing
the villa is suitable for all including the less mobile as there is a downstairs bedroom and shower room plus ramp at entrance and Ramp into the Swimming pool .
Location
The villa is located approx 150 meters from the sea front . Local shops restaurants bars cafe supermarket are all within easy walking distance.
It is easy to get to - only 40 minutes from Murcia International airport and approximately 1 hour 10 minutes from Alicante airport.

Ein sehr schönes kleines Haus mit einem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Pool in ruhiger Umgebung. Ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktionierte wie erwartet und beschrieben. Wir haben das gute Wetter (Temperaturen bis 29°C) in Spanien sehr genossen (in Deutschland ist Anfang Oktober alles kalt und nass). Der Strand ist sehr schön und auch gut für Kinder geeignet (sofern man etwas weiter geht, wo keine großen Steine mehr im Wasser liegen). Mehrere Restaurants liegen fußläufig, ebenso ein kleiner Supermarkt. Einkaufen ist aber auch im nahen Lidl (Fahrzeug hilfreich) oder im etwas weiter entfernten Mercadona möglich, der alle spanischen landestypischen Waren und Lebensmittel führt. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Betten für Personen über 1,70 Meter Größe etwas kurz sind. Dennoch war es für uns ein wunderschöner Strandurlaub im Herbst. Thomas W
Translate - A very nice little house with a very clean and well-kept pool in a quiet area. A little old, but everything worked as expected and described. We really enjoyed the good weather (temperatures up to 29°C) in Spain (in Germany everything is cold and wet at the beginning of October). The beach is very beautiful and also suitable for children (as long as you go a little further where there are no longer any large stones in the water). Several restaurants are within walking distance, as is a small supermarket. Shopping is also possible in the nearby Lidl (vehicle helpful) or in the Mercadona, a little further away, which stocks all typical Spanish goods and groceries. The only point of criticism is that the beds are a bit short for people over 1.70 meters tall. Nevertheless, it was a wonderful autumn beach holiday for us. Thomas W

Fantastic villa and location ***** (5 stars) - Date of arrival 3 July 2023
My husband and I stayed for 12 nights. Great communication throughout. Annette kept in touch before our arrival and departure . All very smooth. Villa is lovely, everything you need, loads of kitchen equipment, wi go, English TV, book swap. very comfy beds and pillows. Bed linen Nd pool towels provided. Pool was lovely, cleaned twice a week, nice seating area with shade, and great sunbeds with cushions. Parking, no problem. Few nice restaurants within 2/3 mins walk and a little supermarket. Lidl and supermercado 10 mins easy drive. The Corner bar just down the road 2 min walk, great find, nice food, atmosphere and live music a few nights a week, good night out. Drive into San pedro del pintare, nice restaurants and beach bars. Mud pools are great fun, sandy beach and warm shallow waters. We drove around the area, as we are looking to retire here, not disappointed , many different beach area, parks, restaurants and shopping areas. I would highly recommend the villa, we had a wonderful relaxing time. Thank you.

Alojamiento tal y como explica el anuncio, muy acogedor y con todas las comodidades. Piscina increíble. La playa muy cerca pero con muchas algas, aunque caminando a un poco más de 5 min playas sin algas. El contacto con la inmobiliaria que lo lleva muy correcto, aunque si no sabes inglés puede haber dificultades en la comunicación (nosotros tenemos inglés básico y nos entendimos). Muy contentos de haber escogido esta casa para nuestras vacaciones!
