Superb and stylish detached villa with stunning views over Quesada Natural Park and on towards the Ocean. The villa is set over 2 floors and has 3 bedrooms all with air conditioning , 2.5 bathrooms , A Spacious open plan living room with dining area and kitchen. Off the living room is a large terrace with table and chairs for 6/8 people, perfect place for dining as the views are stunning. a few steps down there is another seating/dining area with a built in charcoal BBQ. Of an evening you can watch the sun go down behind the mountains and the sparkling lights of neighboring towns . there is a large private swimming pool (10mter x 5meter) with roman steps , 6 sunbeds. On the roof is another large Terrace with seating areas and even better views !! The villa is fully furnished and equipped has full air conditioning to all 3 bedrooms and living area , WIFI Internet , TV with international satellite (many English channels) , music system , Alarm system. A Fantastic villa for a relaxing family holiday

Quesada is a large village just 10 minutes inland from the coast. established in the 1970´s it has a grown into a popular location to live and holiday . It has its own water park with slides and water shoots and several pools (open mid June to mid September) great fun for all the family, An 18 hole golf course (La Marquesa), Lots of restaurants of all nationalities (Spanish English Chinese Indian Italian German Scandinavian) Many bars pubs cafes , shops supermarkets , banks , pharmacy petrol station etc all within 5 minutes drive from the villa . The nearest beach (Gaudamar) is less than 10 minute drive away . A hire car is recommended when staying at this property although taxi service available in the area Local bars shops supermarket etc approx 15/20 minute walk from the villa
Alicante airport is a 50 minute drive, Murcia International airport is a 60 minute drive from the villa.

This villa is in a beautiful location, nice and quiet with superb views. Natural land beside the villa which is ideal for walking. Restaurants, supermarkets minutes away by car so everything on hand. Beaches and golf courses within short drive and La Zenia shopping centre is also a short drive away which offers every type of shop imaginable plus excellent restaurants.

Fantastic Villa Mexico - ***** (5 Stars)
We stayed for the first time 2 years ago and enjoyed it so much we returned the following year. We are returning again this year for our third visit. The villa is beautifully presented and maintained with a super 10 x 5 metre swimming pool. It has every conceivable household device you could want! If you need to be near town it is probably not for you as it is quiet and does have lovely views. We have always gone as a family and everyone has had a great time. A car is essential as it is at the very edge of Quesada but that was perfect for us as we were not surrounded by other villas. Warm breezes in the evening make it perfect for alfresco dining and having fun in the evenings without that feeling of 'stickiness' you get in some areas. JK Villas, the managing agents are brilliant! They are always available for help if needed (we once locked ourselves out!) but give you space to enjoy yourselves. They really look after the villa and make you feel wanted, not just another renter. Overall, this is absolutely one of the best villas we have ever rented.
