The location of the villa is great, a short walk to the beaches, a short drive to La Zenia Boulevard shopping center, restaurants and golf courses.
The bathrooms, especially the showers, are very spacious and everything works perfectly.
The internet connection is perfect - fiber optics. Easily 300 MBit symmetrically via WLAN, that's great.
The furniture on the ground floor is unfortunately not that good anymore, both the seating and the beds on the ground floor are rather worn. The stairs to the top have no handrail, which takes some getting used to.

We stayed 7 adults and 3 kids at this lovely villa in Cabo-Roig. We all spent a great holiday that will never forget. The house is in perfect conditions, the garden is beautiful, no insects, as the grass is artificial with a very soft touch, the pool is really clean and, not only the kids but also ourselves could really enjoy it, as the weather was so nice as well. The location is fantastic, nice Cape with a few very good restaurants very near, all overlooking the see. We can not wait to come back, so we are trying to book in September this year, we know the weather is great also during that month.
