Fantastic Location !! - Front line 3 bedroom beach villa with large green garden overlooks Cala Capitan beach , sea & the Island Rock of Cala Capitan. There is only a 5 meter wide promenade separating you from the ocean, so you are right on the water front , you can almost touch the sea. The villa is located in the residential “La Isla” in Cabo Roig, a secure gated complex with a nice size communal swimming pool, communal gardens and off street parking for 1 car . The villa is only 1 minute walk to Cala Capitan beach and 2 minutes walk to La Zenia beach. The villa will comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. The villa is an older style property with some basic style furniture. On the ground floor is a kitchen with all main appliances inc dishwasher, ground floor Bathroom, dining room and separate lounge area, both areas have doors leading to the terrace and garden area. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have great sea views from the windows, fall asleep listening to the ocean !. The best part of the villa is the large rear garden area with those amazing sea and beach views, there is a terrace with umbrella and dining table and chairs ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner plus outdoor sofa seating with awning for shade, 4 sun beds to relax and enjoy the views . At the bottom of the garden there is more seating + dining area , plus a new mini bar facing the sea! , perfect place to sit and enjoy a cocktail as the sun goes down, The villa also has a portable small charcoal BBQ, music system, Spanish digital smart TV, WIFI Internet , DVD PLayer. All you need within 5 to 15 minutes walk inc some good local restaurants , cafes , supermarket , shops, bank, pharmacy etc

Many good local restaurants, (closest is Chez Philip), cafes , supermarket , shops, bank etc within 5 - 10 minutes walk. La Zenia Hotel is less than 4 minutes walk, superb local beaches with great facilities, long promenades and pretty seaside walkways all on your doorstep.
We have 2 international airports, Alicante and Murcia within a 55 minute drive.

Loved the Villa the location is one of the best ive experienced myself was ideal for my energetic boy as the garden was blocked off and he could happily run around . Inside the Villa was nice just needs the decor revamping and some english channels maybe wifi would be good but on a whole but that did not matter as its a typical Spanish Villa will be hopefully going again JK Villas were lovely also thank you xx

Family Holiday in Cabo Roig - **** (4 Stars) Date of arrival 4 August 2018
The Villa has a stunning position. Originally well equipt, unfortuantely could do with some maintenance work, and a good clean, the description on holiday lettings was pretty acurate. The fridge leaked all over the kitchen, and the rental company were quick to respond, they were about to replace it, but it stated to work again. However when we pulled it out to mop up, we found it to be very dirty, on top, under, and on the rubber, not hygeinic at all, so not clean enough. It had everything we could need for a holiday, plentiful in crockery, glass ware a BBQ, fans (no air conditioning) but we managed. On arrival the towels that are mentioned in the itinerary for our use were wet and on the line. The garden is a joy, and the rental company got us a third set of keys (three couples, six people two sets are not enough). We did have a wonderful time and I would recommend to friends and relatives (warning on the cleanliness) We stuggled to find decent food to eat out. Although we have been travlling to the area for over 20 years, standards are not what they should be in August. On the strip, 'The Italian Affair' was good, but not consistent, The Asia Chic was appauling, awful food and worse service. But our favourite 'Che Felix' has never failed to please, quality, friendliness, service, all good to excellent. (And only 2 minutes walk form the Villa) Cabo Roig restaurant, is also lovely, and has a stunning position.

Thank you for your comments, we are pleased to advise some maintanence work has now been completed during the winter - this includes the villa exterior being repainted and the bedroom wardrobe door (which kept getting stuck has been repaired) . The villa is not a luxury villa its an older style property with some original fixtures and fittings and furniture, howewver it is comfortable and clean and all works well and is in superb beach front location. .
